Apple's New Support App Is A One-Stop Shop For Appointments And Device

Apple- as one of the largest tech company in the world, prepares for the next year's lineup of gadgets and more improvements in their technology. The Apple's independent support application has already launched in the U.S.

According to TechCrunch, this app has already started to be used by some iPhone users last month outside of the U.S. t lets Apple users to have an all-in-one access with their product documentation, chat, email or scheduled calls, and even scheduled appointments. Schedule calls can happen with an Apple support technician.

In the past years, the ability of an Apple user to check nearby stores and schedule some appointments at the Genius Bar option was available in the Apple Store app. Also, the Apple's "Tips" innovation that was launched with iOs 8 was not welcomed by the users. It was completely archived to users' Apple junk folders of apps.

Right now, the Apple Support app is more innovative for all of the users. It is now centralized to all of the product information and customer support was made more accessible than ever. Moreover, this app can also be personalized as users vary preferences. The app is able to recognize all of the devices which are iCloud registered. Apple users do not hva eto worry to think about some details like what model of iPhone or Mac Computer do they have. Some people do not really recognize models or version as they refer anything new as "new iPhone".

According to The Verge, Apple users can definitely download this Apple Support app from the App Store. There are different kinds of materials which can be found in this app. Good thing that there are even tutorials about iCloud and photoediting.
