Camera+ Latest Update: Third-Party Camera App Latest Update Supports iPhone 7 Plus Dual-Lens, RAW Editing

The latest version now supports the dual lens system of the iPhone 7 Plus, which means users can switch between the telephoto and the wide-angle lens on the app with ease. The update also brings support for the P3 wide color gamut and the option for RAW capture and editing.
iPhone 6s, iPhone 6s Plus, iPhone SE, iPhone 7, and iPhone 7 Plus users, you're in luck. The latest Camera+ update gives you the ability to capture RAW images and edit them on the spot, using the RAW Lab - a feature in the app that allows users to essentially re-develop their photos using a wide selection of filters, image corrections, and plugins.
While there's obvious cause for celebration, App Advice advises against getting too trigger-happy with the photo taking. The higher the resolution quality of the photo, the more storage space it will take up. They also mention that RAW capture isn't necessarily compatible with all photo models.
According to Value Walk, the new Camera+ update also provides improved haptic feedback on both the iPhone 7 and the iPhone 7 Plus. Camera+ makers supposedly noted that haptic feedback was one of the more "under-appreciated" features of the latest iPhones.
Their other major feature, which is the dual lens support, promises to redefine photography - for iPhone7 Plus users. This system support works via toggling. Users can opt to use telephoto or wide-angle, depending on the situation or personal preference. If you're not sure which to use or can't be bothered to choose, Duo mode gives you a combination of the two lenses.
If their holiday ads are anything to go by, the iPhone 7 Plus dual lens system is one of Apple's proudest achievements. It is also their current, most innovative cash cow. They even mention, in an ad titled 'Romeo and Juliet,' how the iPhone's camera is as good as a movie camera. It looks like their selling point on this is high quality and ease-of-use.
