Clash Royale Update: Four New Cards And The Brand New Arena 8!
Cris Xander JulianoGet ready, Clashers! Supercell's Clash Royale will have four new cards and a new battle arena.
As reported on Gamenguide, the new cards will be called Goblin Gang, Dart Goblin, Battle Ram, and Executioner. The new battle arena will be called Jungle Arena. Let us first take a look at the new cards one-by-one and see what each is capable of:
Goblin Gang will be a common card. It will cost three elixirs and spawn three Spear Goblins and three Goblins with knives. This card will cause a considerable amount of damage to the enemy if ignored.
Dart Goblin will be a rare card and cost three elixirs to deploy. A blow dart will be used as a weapon, with gum as its bullets. Its attack range is similar to a Royal Giant. Its health might be the same as a Princess however, but it will be able to deal faster damage to the enemy.
Battle Ram will be a rare card and cost four elixirs to deploy. It consists of two Barbarians holding a huge log and charges similar to a Prince or Dark Prince, which deals double damage when hitting targets while charging. Once the log is destroyed, the enemy still has to deal with the two Barbarians as they, too, will be able to inflict a significant amount of damage. Battle Ram initially targets buildings.
Executioner will be an epic card and cost five elixirs to deploy. It primarily deals area damage and will be a ranged troop with moderate damage. Its weapon is an axe, which acts like a boomerang. Once thrown, the axe deals its first damage to the enemy and deals a second damage as it flies back. It attacks on both air and ground units.
The first card will be released in January 2017, together with the brand new Arena 8: Jungle Arena. A new card will also be released every two weeks after that.
