"NCIS" Season 14 is currently on a hiatus, as the CBS drama will be airing a new episode in January 2017. While the network has already renewed the show for Season 15, Mark Harmon shares his thoughts on the possibility that the show would be cancelled on the network.

"NCIS" Season 14 renewal, cancellation news reveals that the show has already received an official renewal order from CBS for Season 15. This squashes the never ending rumors that the show may get cancelled due to a continuous drop in ratings since Michael Weatherly announced his exit from the series.

While "NCIS" Season 14 has already been renewed for Season 15, it still remains to be seen whether the show will live on for more seasons beyond that. An earlier interview with Mark Harmon revealed that the CBS drama will end at some point in time, reports Entertainment Tonight.

It is a given, however, that shows will come to an end and Harmon told the publication that in the meantime, they are going to have fun doing the show. There are also reports that Harmon is leaving "NCIS" Season 14 due to his health issues, but the actor has not yet responded to the rumors.

"NCIS" Season 14 spoilers also reveal that the upcoming episode titled "Willoughby" will focus on Bishop and Qasim, according to Carter Matt. The publication notes that these two will be working on a case on the stock market together.

This may be an indication that "NCIS" Season 14 will soon focus on Bishop and give her a main storyline for the CBS series. After all, many fans are hoping to see the show focus on the regular characters of the show now that it has introduced the new ones in the first few episodes of the season.
