"Longmire" Season 6 spoilers are noting on the possibility that the Netflix drama will follow the events from Craig Johnson's books. Those who have read the books know that Walt will end up with Vic at the end of the story.

However, it is a known fact that some book-based TV shows change their storylines in order to suit the viewers' preferences. In the case of "Longmire," there has been tension between Walt and Vic, but the recent events seem to put off any possibility of romance between them in the end.

As Carter Matt notes in its report, there is a possibility that Walt will find a new love interest in "Longmire" Season 6. However, it is also possible to see him end up with either Donna or Vic in the upcoming series finale of the Netflix drama.

In an earlier interview with Yahoo! TV, executive producers Hunt Baldwin and John Coveny explained that the show will see some progress in Vic and Walt's romance in "Longmire" Season 6. Fans, however, should expect some complications in their relationship.

Coveny acknowledged that there is tension between Vic and Walt, but new characters are bound to complicate their relationship. "Longmire" Season 6 may also see the resolution of Walt's relationships with other characters such as Henry and his daughter, Cady.
