Sony just released the most recent update of "The Last Guardian," patch number 1.03. This update is said to have brought about improvements and fixes to the game.

Just earlier this month, the action-adventure video game of Sony, "The Last Guardian," was released worldwide. The plot of the game tells a story of a young boy who was kidnapped and taken into a huge castle. Fortunately, he was able to escape and met a gigantic griffin-like creature named Trico that later on became his trusted companion.

The player controls the young boy and the goal is to complete certain tasks while trying as much as they can to fight against the armies from the castle who want to take him back.

There is not much information regarding "The Last Guardian's" most recent update. While it is said to be 167 MB in size, it does not have so much differences when compared to the previous updates 1.01 and 1.02.

However, there were already certain reports spreading on different social media platforms claiming that "The Last Guardian" update number 1.03 does produce bug fixes and some improvements in the quality and smoothness of the scenes.

According to a post in Reddit by LackOfLogic, initially there appeared fixes in the issue with the button prompts. On the early parts of the game, the button prompts seem to have been removed due to the update, but LackOfLogic edited his post, taking back what he said. On the later parts of the game, button prompts became visible still.

Sony has not yet validated the changes. Further more, there were also no patch notes released online.

The creator and director behind the famous PS4 game is Fumito Ueda. "The Last Guardian" is said to be very similar with how the plots and mechanics of "Ico" and "Shadow of Colossus" are applied.

"The Last Guardian" is available for download and purchase in the official PlayStation store.
