The "Pokemon Sun and Moon" game and anime may not be the same or connected at times in terms of it story line. However the anime's latest episode gave away the Nintendo 3DS games' big reveal that involves Lillie, the mysterious girl who is the main focus of the plot.

In the "Pokemon Sun and Moon" 3DS game, Lillie is Professor Kukui's assistant who appears to looks like Lusamine, who is known to be the mysterious head of the Aether Foundation research facility. Polygon explained both of Lillie and Lusamine are discovered to be related, where the players will know before they head to the Alola region's fourth and final island.

Another blondie who is also known as part of the family is Gladion, who is known as the player's arch nemesis in the game play. Gladion is keeps his relation a secret for a while with his sister Lillie and mom Lusamine after he's introduced making the revelation as one of the biggest twist.

In the "Pokemon Sun and Moon" anime, the big difference from the game is that the twist was revealed early in the series. While Lillie and Ash Ketchum are hanging out together where he trains in the Alola which is a big difference from the game's story line.

A short clip or a cutaway revealed a family portrait in the "Pokemon Sun and Moon" anime, this is the first time Gladion and Lusamine made and appearance in the anime series. The younger selves of Gladion, Lusamine and Lillie were seen together in the portrait spoiling the fans and players who haven't finished the 3DS game yet.

The saddest part their story is that their mother Lusamine becomes one of the most scariest villain and seeing the portrait unveils that she had a good relationship with both Gladion and Lillie. The anime series is shown in Japan as of now with a special episode airing on December 27 while the English-language version will be shown on Disney XD in 2017.
