‘Beauty And The Beast’ Extended TV Spot Trailer Shows Belle That The Castle Is Alive

The first extended TV spot for the highly anticipated, Disney live-action movie "Beauty and the Beast," which stars Emma Watson as the lead female protagonist Belle, has just been released.

The clip shows Belle's first introduction to the enchanted inhabitants of the castle, mainly Lumière (Ewan McGregor), Cogsworth (Ian McKellen), and Mrs. Potts (Emma Thompson). The video wouldn't of course be complete without the appearance of the lead male protagonist, Beast (Dan Stevens), and the egotistical antagonist Gaston (Luke Evans).

Some fans might not exactly be enticed with the TV Spot #1 for "Beauty and the Beast." The reason being is that, majority of the scenes that were focused on the clip were taken from the first official trailer of the movie - or a recut, perhaps, according to what comicbook.com describes it.

As what the viewers might notice in the clip, both trailers seem to feature the memorable melody for the song "Beauty and the Beast," or as what some people might call it "Tale As Old As Time." The musical piece was penned by Howard Ashman and composed by Alan Menken for the 1991 animated featured film of the same title.

Of course there will be new musical pieces that will be introduced in the live-action "Beauty and the Beast" movie. Screenrant reported that Alan Menken has composed three new songs for the Disney film.

Sadly, no official word yet has been released coming from Disney regarding the live adaptation's second official trailer. But considering that the film is getting a bit closer to its much awaited release date, it seems like it won't be long until the second one pops up on YouTube.

Watch the extended TV Spot #1 below, as posted by Comicbook.com on its official YouTube channel.

"Beauty and the Beast" is now set to be released in cinemas on March 17, 2017.
