Restricting Players in 2016 Shooter Games Are Proven To Be An Excellent Choice, Shooter Game Developers Proved

A number of games mainly depend on roles that a player plays in a certain story, such as shooting games. In shooting games like "Overwatch" and "Titanfall 2," one player must act either a sniper, soldier, tank, medic, or any two of the combinations to pave a path for victory. Nowadays, games are losing the main idea of roles because of the latest advancements and changes of preferences of players.

Because of this, game developers have also adjusted their shooting games to almost all of the roles mentioned to appease their fans. However, it seems to deteriorate the morale of players who are playing it because of this advancement. Little do the developers know that it has lost an important element in their games-----sticking to one role.

All the roles are prioritized, but should be focused on one point

A writer from PCGamesN website mentioned that the release of "Titanfall 2," which the models are designed by Respawn, features the customizable machines or mechanical beasts that will add some chassis, parts that increase movement and performance during battle, and ammunition and weaponry to create a huge amount of damage to the enemies. Shields can also be added, which means that all the roles of support, offense, and defense are melded into one.

Furthermore, other games like these are truly wonderful and remarkable in terms of graphics, gameplay, stories, and overall features. Now, talking about "Overwatch," this game really prioritizes on the roles that players should take to win the battle against other opponents. Now, four main roles are significant in the said game such as support, offense, defense, and tank (the demolisher with huge HP and deals a ton of damage unlike pure offensive ones).

Games like these are rising back again to its former glory. Developers of "Titanfall 2" and "Overwatch" owes elements in "Team Fortress 2" by Valve. The reason is surely obvious because the characters playable in the said game features a set of roles such as Doctor, Demo-Man, Spy, Scout, Sniper, and much more, each with different speed, traits, and damage, including weapons.

A forum and conversations in Reddit from different players around the world commented about the article from PCGamesN, which they also agree.
