‘Teen Wolf’ Season 6 Spoilers: Mysterious Portal Leads Lydia To Canaan; Stiles' Future Revealed

"Teen Wolf" is currently in its last season and MTV has the audience on the edge of their seats. With Stiles (Dylan O'Brien) being held captive by the Ghost Riders, Scott (Tyler Posey) and his pack are off to uncover more about the said captors.

Scott and the group are looking for ways to save Stiles -- and Lydia (Holland Roden) plays a critical role in this. Latest spoilers from a sneak peek into the next episode showed that Lydia is going to have an unexpected trip through a mysterious portal that leads to a different world. For some reason, although Stiles has been erased from existence, Lydia still remembers him. This connection will lead to her plan of saving him.

When "Teen Wolf" season 6 returns after the holiday break, viewers will see Lydia having different visions of a town called Canaan. As shown in the latest teaser, Lydia is washing her hands in what seems to be a locker room inside a school. Then, she gets surprised by a woman with curly blonde hair who suddenly appears in front of her in the mirror.

The woman seems to be asking Lydia to follow her when she held her gaze, turned around and then disappeared. Lydia, curious whether the vision was real or not, touches the mirror and gets sucked into the mysterious world.

The location seems to be one of the streets on Canaan, as have been in Lydia's dreams. She then sees the girl in the mirror walking away from her and heading towards the end of the street where a block party seems to be happening. However, at this time, it is still not clear if Lydia's trip through the mirror portal is part of her dreams or if it actually happened in school.

In other news, there are reports that Dylan O'Brien is not coming back to "Teen Wolf" in the second half because of his filming schedule for "Maze Runner: The Death Cure." There are still no official reports regarding this, except that O'Brien does not have too much screen time on the show now and will come back on set for his scenes in episode 10. The plot could be leaning into that, however, and O'Brien's participation in the series remains to be seen when it comes back on January 3, 2017.
