After the explosive issue recently this year, a significant number of Samsung Galaxy S7 owners reported that the camera lens of their smartphones shattered without any impact. Nobody knows why it is happening and the company is reportedly refusing to cover the incident.

The latest incident was reported this week, but more similar problems were discovered shortly after the Samsung Galaxy S7 device launched. On a forum, several posts from customers reporting this issue with the device insisted that the lens could easily break under physical pressure.

In the Business Wire report, Keller Rohrback LLP is now investigating the complaint of the Samsung Galaxy S7 owners. As the customers reported, the glass covering the camera broke without any external force applied, leaving a circular hole in the center of the glass.

According to Digital Trends, Samsung charges costumers a $70 fix for the repair of the glass. The site also cited that the company consistently denied the responsibility, blaming the customers and refusing to repair some devices even it is still under warranty.

However, when reports came out of the Samsung Galaxy S7 exploding, the company acknowledge the issue and implemented a recall. Yahoo cited in their report that a legal case may have some merit, considering the company's position.

One of the bad things in this issue is that after some devices were repaired, the same thing happened to the replacement unit.

One possible explanation for this Samsung Galaxy S7 issue is some kind of external stress that breaks the glass. The cover case of the device may also cause the problem since most breakage reportedly happened with units inside a protective case.

As of now, experts are investigating regarding to this device's issue. However, some lawyers are open to receive complaints from the owners about this Samsung Galaxy S7 shattering glass.
