"The Young and the Restless" Dec. 29-30 spoilers show that the upcoming episodes will be more intense. A surprise twist will also unfold and Sharon will be at the center of it.

Sharon will be in most parts of the episodes before this week ends and this is because she is set to lose her husband Dylan. While someone will exit in her life, someone is also coming in and this will surprise her. "The Young and the Restless" spoilers revealed that Sharon will finally meet her father.

Dylan is Leaving

Teasers for the next broadcast of "The Young and the Restless" indicated that Dylan McAvoy is leaving. It appears that Steve Burton, the actor playing as Sharon's husband, will appear on the show only until January, so it means Dylan's time in the soap is already up.

To make a clean exit in the show, Dylan will be sent to Florida for an undercover mission. He will fail to contact his supervisor and many days will pass without a word from him. Sharon will not be able to contact Dylan as well and it is possible that people in Genoa will assume he's dead already.

Devon and Hilary

"The Young and the Restless" further teased that Devon and Hilary's marriage will fall apart. Hilary lied many times, she hurt his family and friends, and now he discovered that she deliberately harmed Mariah so Devon decided to dump her, Soap Hub shared.

Devon had enough so he will break it off with Hilary. She will ask for forgiveness but her husband will not listen to her anymore. Instead, Devon will storm out of the gala and speed away riding the new sports car that he was supposed to give to his wife as New Year's present.

The worst thing happened at the end. Devon who was heartbroken and filled with rage lost control of the car and it smashed in the snow. Whether the mishap will end in Devon's death or not will be revealed in the coming "The Young and the Restless" episodes.
