Terry Gou, Foxconn CEO told customers to wait for the upcoming iPhone as it will put Samsung Galaxy S3 to shame. Hon Hai Precision Industry Co. also known as Foxconn is recognized for manufacturing Apple devices.
Gou made this statement at Hon Hai's annual stockholder's meeting on Tuesday. He believes the customers should avoid buying the Galaxy S3 and wait for iPhone 5 instead. Foxconn is planning to overtake Samsung in almost every South Korean market. To make this plan successful, Foxconn made a strategic alliance with Sharp, the popular Japanese electronics manufacturer to invent cutting-edge technology.
Gou also mentioned some strategies the company planned to overtake Samsung within the next few years. Focus Taiwan quoted these statements made by Foxconn CEO on Tuesday. Gou told customers to neglect the release of the Galaxy S3 just when device is all set to appear in the U.S. market this month. People related with Apple products usually don't speak much about the products before they are released or announce.
The next generation iPhone is expected to release in October.
