"The Young and the Restless" spoilers for the upcoming week of Jan. 2 - 6, 2017 of the CBS soap opera reveal that one of the residents of Genoa City will be battling for his life. Following the fatal car crash, recent reports claim that Devon's accident may have some serious consequences on his life and his relationship with Hilary.

"The Young and the Restless" weekly spoilers on Monday, Jan. 2 from She Knows Soaps reveal that Devon's life will be hanging on the line following the car crash. At first, Hilary will have no idea that Devon suffered from an accident and will be bickering with Neil at home.

When Hilary finds out about Devon's accident, Y&R spoilers hint that Hilary will rush to the hospital where she will realize some things about their relationship. On Tuesday, Jan. 3, "Young and Restless" spoilers tease that Lily will blame Devon's accident on Hilary.

Y&R spoilers note that Lily will verbally attack Hilary for the way she treated Devon in the past. Victor will also wonder why Reed suddenly appeared and will question Victoria about this.

On Wednesday, Jan 4, "The Young and the Restless" spoilers show that Jack and Billy will be discussing something until things turn sour. Nick and Chelsea will be discussing the implications of their kiss on New Year on Thursday, Jan. 5 while Gloria will be using an information for her own benefit on the Friday episode.

Other "The Young and the Restless" spoilers from Soap Central reveal that an incident may push Billy and Victoria back together. According to the publication, Billy will be there for Victoria when she faces a major problem.

Sharon and Dylan will also be moving apart from each other, as Y&R spoilers hint that Dylan will take on the undercover assignment. Abby, on the other hand, will be out to change something.
