Iain Glen, who plays Ser Jorah on "Game of Thrones" has revelled that the seventh season is going to the up the ante of the show by bringing things never thought of before. The extremely popular series "Game of Thrones" is making a grand comeback with a seventh season this summer on HBO.

This is unceremonious for even the franchise which usually debuted their seasons in the spring time but "Game of Thrones" Season 7 is going to be a different ballgame altogether. Even more disheartening to the fans of the series is the fact that the seventh season will only have seven episodes. Again, this is a break in the custom of the usual ten episodes per season.

However, now we have reason to believe that there might actually be a reason to the lesser number of episodes: the content might be more epic than ever before. "They are taking the length of time it takes to shoot ten episodes to shoot just seven this year and six next year ... I think the scale and size of the set pieces, the world that is being created, it's just getting more and more extraordinary and they feel they need that time to shoot seven hours as opposed to ten," says Glen.

Given the fact that things are at a very crucial stage in series, the "Game of Thrones" Season 7 may feature fights and battles in more number of episodes. Apart from everything else, there is likely a huge battle which is going to take place between Mother of Dragon Daenerys and the army from the Iron Islands- a promise of a great showdown awaits us.

Let's take a moment to recollect of all that is awaiting to transpire at the red hot zone of King's Landing. The White Walkers may hit the mainlands quite soon enough and would need to be fought off quite valiantly. The existing characters would need to defeat these deadly creatures because if they don't, there won't be a point to any other battle- everyone will be killed by the White Walkers.

Furthermore, as per the statement of Glen, should we expect to see more of the character presence of Ser Jorah? Will he get the cure to his own personal hazards and get back into the main theme of the show? How excited are the fans for the upcoming "Game of Thrones" Season 7 and the great adventures it brings with itself? Keep watching this space for more details, news and updates!
