'Kingdom Hearts 1.5 + 2.5 Remix' Will Not Have Any Game Changes For The PlayStation 4 Version
Jason GlennThe developers of "Kingdom Hearts", Square Enix and Disney announced last October that they will be launching the "Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 + 2.5 Remix" for PlayStation 4 this March 28, 2017. Since the PlayStation 3 is a generation behind they have to create a version of the game for it to be compatible with PS4 but there won't be any additional content with the PS3 versions.
In the Japanese website Dengeki Online, Director Tetsuya Nomora said that the contents on the two HD remastered game will be the same as the ones in the past six games. Both of the games will be recorded on one disc for the PlayStation 4. Square Enix added a cross-save functionality where the players has the ability to witch between the original and remastered music in the "Final Fantasy X".
The cover or box art for remix has not been released by Square Enix as of now and players won't have to expect any changes on it. The cover of the "Kingdom Hearts 1.5 + 2.5 Remix" has a bit of a hidden message where fans have to decode which will reveal Sora posing on the background if the players connect all three covers.
Both of the HD remastered Kingdom Hearts game will cost $49.99. It will include a 60 frames-per-second gameplay. The collection includes: "Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 Remix","Kingdom Hearts Final Mix", "Kingdom Hearts Re:Chain of Memories","Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days" (HD remastered cinematics), "Kingdom Hearts HD 2.5 Remix","Kingdom Hearts 2 Final Mix","Kingdom Hearts","Birth by Sleep Final Mix" and "Kingdom Hearts Re:coded".
The "Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 + 2.5 Remix" is still available on Amazon for pre-orders which will be released for PlayStation 4 on March 28, 2017 in North America and on March 31, 2017 for the European release. The trailer of the both games was released during the Paris Game Week leading into the release of "Kingdom Hearts III".
