"The Young and the Restless" weekly spoilers from Jan. 9 - 13 of the CBS soap opera reveal that the upcoming events at Genoa City may lead to the reunion between Victoria and Billy aka "Villy." This may happen with the help of their child, Reed.

"The Young and the Restless" spoilers for the upcoming week of Jan. 9 note on the possible "Villy" reunion. According to She Knows Soaps, the upcoming episode of the CBS soap opera will see Victoria continue to refuse help from Billy, but she will eventually realize that her efforts to do so are not working well.

Reed will reportedly ask Victoria to call Billy when a fuse at home blows in the upcoming episode. Y&R spoilers tease that Victoria will end up calling Billy when Reed tells her to call grandpa when she refuses to ask Billy for help.

It looks like there will be more instances for Billy to grow close to Victoria once again, as "Young and Restless" spoilers reveal that Billy will be there for her during her lowest and most difficult time. Y&R spoilers tease that Jack will find himself an unlikely ally from Gloria, as the latter will offer help to get him Fenmore's.

"The Young and the Restless" spoilers from Celeb Dirty Laundry also reveal that Mariah's father, Frank Barritt, will be returning to Genoa City in the upcoming episodes. Actor Trevor St. John will reportedly play the role.

It remains to be seen how Frank's return to Genoa City in the upcoming episodes of "The Young and the Restless" will play out. However, it is a known fact that Frank was Sharon's ex and he is not entirely a good father figure to Mariah.
