‘Valkyria Revolution’: New Trailer Reveals The Young General ‘Maxim’

Action role-playing game lovers can hardly wait for the next in the "Valkyria" series of titles named "Valkyria Revolution." With ongoing promos and trailers of the new game, yet another one has been released featuring the young general "Maxim."

It seems like "Maxim" who has been trained under Emperor "Claudius" is going to fight against "Amleth." Maxim, now appointed as a general of the Rus Empire, was once a military officer. He had to undergo a "Ragnite" implant experiment in the series which led to his overwhelming possession of the magic power to fight in battles.

Sega plans on giving a number of new features in the upcoming title "Valkyria Revolution" and the new character is one of them. As noted above, the game is based on action role-playing video game elements that also pack in strategy aspects. The game features a gameplay where players train at the base and then go out to the battlefield to complete their in-game missions - after which they return back to their base.

Another feature to expect in "Valkyria Revolution" RPG-cum-strategy game is the use of permanent death elements for the various characters in the game. However, the players can retry if any of their characters die in the battle.

Expect "Valkyria Revolution" to arrive for the PS Vita and PayStation 4 this January 19, 2017, in Japan. The dates for the North American and European regions are still not decided, but there is a possibility for a release date in Q2 2017. These regions will have the title available in Xbox One besides the PlayStation versions as well. IN addition, players can try the "Prologue Demo" version of the game which is available for PS Vita and PS 4 in Japan.

Will it be as good as its predecessors? Does this "Maxim" character have any potential to bring out the best in "Valkyria Revolution"?
