Ralphy Bonn SimA communication platform was developed by Google which includes instant messaging, video chat, SMS and VOIP features and it was called Google Hangouts. The app replaces three messaging applications such as Google+ Messenger, Google Talk and Hangouts.
Google claimed that Hangout App is the future of their communication product, especially when they want to integrate capabilities of Google Voice into Hangouts. Google also released Allo and Dou, which modifies Hangouts to become a multi-tasking application for business consumers.

It is equipped with a virtual assistant automatic mode and administers a smart reply activity that grants users to reply the messages in automatic message suggestions instead of a manual reply. An update from Google Hangouts FAQ admits that they will focus on Platform's API; this explains that any consumer app that incorporates with Google Hangouts will be shut down starting this April 2017.
Last September 2016 at Google Horizon, Engadget previewed the new Hangouts which are the main topic of the meeting. The updated FAQ stated that in order to boost Google efforts, they must shut down the Google+ Hangouts API; its integration is not anymore needed by the company. Hangouts will now be focus on enterprise and business field.
