One of the great things about having a 4K display partnered with Xbox One S is the guaranteed vibrant and luminous gaming experience in the comfort of your own home. Developers these days have eventually made their games support high dynamic range (HDR), which aims to make the content more realistic.

If you are wondering what Xbox One titles are supporting HDR as of this writing and the games that will do the same in the future, GameSpot has compiled the list for you. Some of these games also include the titles that Microsoft has published such as "Gears of War 4" and "Forza Horizon 3."

There are also third-party games that have been announced by their respective developers that will be supporting HDR such as "Battlefield 1," "Final Fantasy XV," the most recent announced title to support HDR "Mass Effect: Andromeda," "Recore" and "Resident Evil 7." As of Jan. 9, these are titles that are already supporting HDR: "Deus Ex: Mankind Divided," "The Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited," "Hitman," "NBA 2K17," "Pure Chess Ultra," "Scalebound," "Warframe" and "World of Tanks."

According to IGN, the Xbox One is also supporting 4K playback for compatible Blu-ray discs and video upscaling. Moreover, Xbox marketing boss Aaron Greenberg also dropped a hint on Twitter that there will be more games that will support HDR soon although he didn't disclose names just yet.

There should be more titles to be added in the lineup of games supporting HDR soon especially that there are more upcoming games this year. This is certainly great news to all gamers who are in dire need of a native HDR play for their favorite titles. Who doesn't want that anyway?

The Xbox One was announced in 2013 as the successor to the Xbox 360 and the first Xbox game console to be released in China in the Shanghai Free-Trade Zone. It is also the third console in the Xbox family.
