Xiaomi Mix Evo Specs & News: Latest Phone Appears On Geekbench, Snapdragon 835 SoC & 4GB RAM!
Niyati S.There is some great news for the die hard fans of Chinese brand, Xiaomi. A brand new Xiaomi smartphone has been spotted on Geekbench. Geekbench is a gadget benchmarking website. This new smartphone has been named as "Xiaomi Mix Evo". This upcoming smartphone promises awesome features and specs.
As listed in the benchmarking website, the Xiaomi Mix Evo will be powered by Qualcomm's latest Snapdragon 835 chipset. The Snapdragon 835 is also called the MSM8998. The Xiaomi Mix Evo will also have 4GB RAM. Geekbench's picture reveals different scores for the performance of the upcoming phone. The Single-Core Score is 1918 and the Multi-Core Score is 5689. The operating system is Android Marshmallow version 6.0.1 and the processor is the ARMv8 running at 1.90 GHz. Not much is known about the device except these basic details.
Given the name of the phone, it is likely to be a variant of the flagship Xiaomi phone, Mi Mix. The system on chip model confirms that the Xiaomi Mix Evo will also be a high-end phone. Although not much is known at this point of time, as the phone has appeared in benchmarks already, we should be hearing some concrete news in the upcoming days. Currently, its status on GSMArea is listed as "rumored". The website expects the phone to have 1080 x 2040 pixels resolution.
Xiaomi Mi Mix has a 6.4 inch screen with 91.3% screen to body ratio. It is powered by Snapdragon 821 processor and comes in 2 variants. One with 4GB RAM and 128GB memory and the other one with 6GB RAM and 256GB memory. The device runs on Android 6.0 with MIUI 8.
