Ian Somerhalder and Nina Dobrev are expected to reunite in "The Vampire Diaries" Season 8 for the most highly anticipated "Delena" reunion. In an interview with Huffington Post, the 27-year-old actress refused to confirm or deny the rumors surrounding her return to the show as Elena Gilbert.

"I haven't ever told secrets in the past and I'm definitely not going to start now," she teased.

Many fans took this as a sign that Dobrev will be reprising her role in "TVD" Season 8, especially because she promised series creator Julie Plec that she will be back for the series finale. This, however, would mean the possible death of Bonnie (Kat Graham), as her life is tied to that of Elena's.

The actress also discussed her projects since she decided to leave "The Vampire Diaries" in Season 6. According to Dobrev, leaving the show was a leap of faith and hard work, but it is starting to pay off.

Dobrev recently promoted her upcoming film, "xXx: Return of Xander Cage" with Vin Diesel. While the Dobrev's career seems to be skyrocketing nowadays, the same cannot be said for her ex-boyfriend, Ian Somerhalder, reports Celeb Dirty Laundry.

According to the publication, Somerhalder's career appears to have gone stale and it looks like he will not be getting any new projects after "The Vampire Diaries" Season 8. As a result, Somerhalder decided to go behind the cameras, but his new project called "Time Framed" is allegedly not good enough to make it to the cinemas.
