Apple AirPods Hit The Number One Spot For Wireless Headsets Despite The Delay And Expensive Price
Caroline SorianoApple AirPods has been the subject of jokes and memes ever since its concept came out, and the jokes went on despite being finally released in the market. However, it seems like Apple is the one who is finally laughing now as its wireless headphone hit the number one spot.
Although the released of Apple AirPods has been delayed, its stats are quite interesting. In a short period of time, the brand has sold more than what is expected and it's almost comparable to the brand they have bought way back in 2014 -- Beats. Beats, who has its own line of wireless headphone, used to take the number one position, however, it went down to the third spot. (via Forbes)
Even the Rolling Stone's review shows how fascinated they are with the AirPods and describe it as "pretty f***ing cool." The wireless headphone costs about $159, which is obviously a lot of money, but still, it sounds like a bargain because the user gets to experience being totally wire-free while listening to their own brand of music. Furthermore, connecting this is easier than the other Bluetooth-capable device.
Meanwhile, the Reddit users have also shared positive feedback about Apple AirPods. One user under the name ChrisMorrisOrg claims that the wireless earbuds sound a lot better than the regular Apple EarPods but there is a little white noise when it is used at low volume. The user also added that the device doesn't fall out of the ear even if he shakes his head while using it.
These are just some of the many other positive reviews from those who have personally experienced the Apple AirPods. It only shows how the consumers like the idea of the brand's latest wireless device. Lately, it has faced several concerns such as the high expenses that users will face once the AirPods were broken or stolen. But now, it seemed like all those concerns were erased after users have finally experienced the earbuds itself.
