'GTA 6' Development Update: Alleged VR Feature Could Delay 2018 Launch; 'GTA 5 Online' Shark Cards Scrapped

Although, it is too early to speculate on any "GTA 6" news, there has been a major rumor online surrounding the game. Mainly, the release date for the upcoming third-person shooter game will somehow be delayed.

In a report from Counsel & Heal, "GTA 6: is facing problems early in development. The previous report of the publication stated that Rockstar Games tends to add a VR or AR feature for the game. However, the budget to make that possible is too high for the game developers.

And because of the said feature, Rockstar Games may dig deep into its pockets to make a VR or AR game. As of now, the game developers have been silent of that possibility and tends to continue not to release any statement as of yet.

However, the fans themselves are trying to place the puzzle of when the game will be released. There are speculations that "GTA 6" will be released in 2018. But with the game's release in 2018, there has also been rumors that it will be slated for 2020.

In other news, several fans stated a couple of setbacks for "GTA 5 Online", particularly the Shark Cards. For those who don't know what Shark Cards are, it's a feature that lets players use real-world money to level up and gain financial power in the online game.

In a report from NSEAVoice, the feature has ruined the balance and sanctity of the game. For the majority of the gamers that plays the game, they are required to spend long hours of gaming to gain small amount of rewards while other players already have a strong position in the game due to the Shark Cards.

Fans have stated that if Rockstar Games will pursue the said feature for "GTA 6", then gamers can say that the game is on for bigger achievements. Otherwise, the game developers can forget about breaking the record set by "GTA 5 Online."
