Surface Pro 5: Could The Upcoming Microsoft's Surface Pro Series Be The Answer To Surface Pro 4's Concerns?
Caroline SorianoBasically, Surface Pro 4 was created by Microsoft to give way to their goal that is to come up with a tablet as a replacement for the laptop. Although the Pro 4 was able to do the job, it lacked some key points that obviously needs development. Then comes Surface Pro 5, Microsoft's answer to their major concerns.
Surface Pro 5 is just about to launch but as early as now, it has accumulated several speculations about what the upcoming model is to offer. Most of them say that it will have a serious upgrade in comparison with its predecessor, the Surface Pro 4.
Last October 2016, Pro was unveiled, which leads people expecting for Pro 5 to be launched in October 2016. However, Microsoft only released the Surface Book i7 and the Surface Studi for its devices last year. If the company is proposing a launch in the first quarter. then having a glimpse of the Surface Pro 5 this year at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona is possible.
So what is exciting about the new Surface Pro? Most speculations about the anticipated Surface Pro 5 is that it would either have an Intel Kaby Lake chipset or a Qualcomm Snapdragon 635 processor. In case the company decided to have the Snapdragon processor, the battery concern from the Surface Pro 3 and Surface Pro 4 will be addressed, in addition to LTE. However, since Microsoft's Surface Pro series is always up to having a portable device, this means that it will likely have a Kaby Lake processor instead.(via Tech Times)
It is also assumed that Surface Pro 5 will have a better, more pencil-like Surface Pen. This means that it will be easier to use and grip compared to its previous versions.
