Users can now enjoy a movie or a show without any sudden alert or distracting display lights after the upcoming Apple Watch 2 updates theater mode. The Apple Watch 2 was released globally in September 2016. The smart-watch came with a number of exciting updates and features that are better than the previous Apple Watch.

Apple Watch 2 Came With Improved Features Than Original Apple Watch

Since the release of the improved Apple Watch in the Apple Watch 2, sales have improved so well. The credit goes to the improved features such as built-in GPS, enhanced display brightness, waterproof design, and indeed the improved performance of the company under CEO Tim Cook, as reported by Express.

Apple Watch 2 OS Update Brings Theatre Mode

Recent developments are set to bring more improvements to the original Apple Watch as well as the Series 2. The next upgrade called the WatchOS 3.2 beta version was recently rolled-out for testers and developers. The most important aspect of the upcoming upgrade was the Theatre Mode.

The theater mode ensures that the Apple Watch users will no longer be distracted by notifications or the display going on when the users raise their wrist, while they are watching a movie or a show.

Check Notifications With a Tap

However, users will still be receiving notifications, which can be viewed by tapping the screen or pressing the crown. The Theatre mode allows users to put the sound for Notifications to mute. The screen will also not go on when they raise their wrist while inside a theater, as reported by Macrumors.

WatchOS 3.2 Also Brings Siri Additions

The new Apple Watch 2 update patch is available for those who have signed-up for the Apple Beta Programme. The update will also bring new Sirikit additions that allow Siri support for existing apps to perform certain tasks. Users can now talk ask Siri in the Apple Watch to perform tasks like make payment, send the message, and so on.
