Jamie Dornan, the "Fifty Shades Darker" actor, surprised fans with his flexibility by showing off a gymnastic routine. The posture was the same one that he did when he filmed "Fifty Shades" as Christian Grey.

The 34-year-old hunk appeared on "Conan O'Brien" show and it was there that he demonstrated his skills. During the talk, he was asked about the working out scene in "Fifty Shades Darker", so, he shared how he did the seemingly tricky work out.

As mentioned US Weekly, the actor said that the director wants him to do a scene where Christian Grey is exercising like he is just lifting weights. However, the scene would look too boring so without thinking, he blurted out, "Oh, I have this one party trick that I can do. But I need a pommel horse."

Dornan continued to narrate that he told the cameramen that he will only be able to do it once so they should focus. He further said that they should make sure that there is enough film in the camera and take the scene in one shot.

After saying this, the show host O'Brien asked him if he can demonstrate the trick and he did. Channeling the fit and health buff Christian Grey character, the actor got up, took off his blazer and gamely performed the impressive "party trick."

Before he went up on the table, he jokingly told O'Brien, "Just before I do this, if my face breaks or anything, you will pay for all that?" To this, the host replied in a jest that he will not pay for it personally.

Meanwhile, E Online caught up with Jamie Dornan and Dakota Johnson at the premiere of "Fifty Shades Darker." The pair was asked about how they will celebrate their Valentine's Day and it seems that Dakota opted to take the time to catch some sleep while Jamie will spend the day with his wife.
