According to GottaBeMobile, the "Fallout 4" 1.9 patch update has been recently made available for PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4 users. Owners of personal computers claimed that the update is only around 90MB which is considerably small considering that it is a big update for the game.

Patch size and additions

On the other hand, its size for the PS4 and Xbox One is expected to be bigger. Also, mods improvements have also been introduced in the "Fallout 4" 1.9 patch including the addition of a "Featured" category, ratings and favorites count and filters like the "Highest Rated" and "Most Favorited."

Better visuals

Polygon also noted that better visuals is also coming to the "Fallout 4" with the latest update improving the resolution of the game. However, it was explained that this texture pack would require a 58GB free space from the hard drive.

Bethesda encouraged users to have this texture pack if they have the space to fully enjoy the game. "Give it a shot and if you need to return to the original textures, you can disable them within the game's launcher menu," it added.

Improved items

The "Fallout 4" update also introduced support for the PlayStation Pro 4, Paste Magazine added.
