"Left 4 Dead 3" has high chances of getting developed and is the best choice for development. Valve recently broke its silence to announce the first ever possible trilogy of the company. The American-based video game developer is seriously considering making the game. Even Valve's Gabe Newell recently confirmed the news stating that the company will be completing a massive trilogy starting with the popular "Left 4 Dead" series. However, the game's actual production date hasn't been revealed yet. Thus, fans should not keep their hopes too high.

According to an earlier report by Games Radar, Newell stated that "Left 4 Dead" is a good place for creating shared narratives. Newell was asked on Reddit if he was planning to continue the "Left 4 Dead" series. He had an interesting reply hinting a "Left 4 Dead 3" game.

"Products are usually the result of an intersection of technology that we think has traction, a group of people who want to work on that, and one of the game properties that feels like a natural playground for that set of technology and design challenges. When we decided we needed to work on markets, free to play, and user generated content, Team Fortress seemed like the right place to do that. That work ended up informing everything we did in the multiplayer space," Newell wrote on Reddit.

Up to now, Valve hasn't managed to finish a trilogy with existing games. This could change real soon as Valve wants a third sequel, "Left 4 Dead 3," to one of their existing titles - "Left 4 Dead." Those who are unaware of the franchise, it's a multiplayer first-person shooter game set around a post-apocalyptic pandemic. Players may select either one of the main characters. Every chapter ends with the protagonist entering the safe room where he can replenish his health and ammunition.
