'Tom Clancy's The Division' PTS: Last Stand, Update 1.6 Release Status; Ubisoft Confirms Latest PTS Build As Final Version
JEVThe latest build "Tom Clancy's The Division" Public Test Server is now live for the Last Stand and Update 1.6. According to Ubisoft, this is the final version of this testing cycle and this latest build is more focused on polishing the features that were already in place from the previous rounds of public tests.
Last Stand comes with normalization of the max stat for gear mods, gear bonuses, performance mods and weapon mods among others. The player's character will be scaled to a max 256 Gear Score. Players can now completely focus on creating a build that suits their playstyle.
Previously, it takes more time for players while they try to find a build where the stats are rolled fully to their advantage. This time, normalization of the character now rolls the max Gear Score 256 stat including the players' major stats, weapon damage and weapon attributes.
The fortifications now make the turrets more lethal if attackers are not careful and it also helps solo defenders in holding down their home tactical location. However, the Pulse fortifications are untouched.
The turret fortifications have increased its damage by 40% and its health has decreased by 25%. The issues that players encountered on joining "Tom Clancy's The Division" Last Stand match during the PTS2 are now fixed.
This time, players can now log in on the fly and those who joined as a group will no longer randomly be split up at the end of a match. There are also changes in Mercy Rule, Personal Score, combat, weapons and bug fixes.
Full patch notes for the changes can be read via Ubisoft Official Forum. There is no official date for the release of Last Stand and Update 1.6 as of yet. Several fans are asking that question on Twitter but did not get an answer they wanted. For now, players can continue joining the PTS and test the latest tweaks and bug fixes.
"Tom Clancy's The Division" is an open world third-person shooter video game developed by Ubisoft Massive for PS4, Xbox One and PC. It was announced Ubisoft's E3 2013 and was released on March 8, 2016.
