"The Young and the Restless" spoilers reveal that Genoa City may get someone back from the dead. According to Celeb Dirty Laundry, Adam Newman's story suddenly came to an end when Justin Hartley announced his exit from the CBS soap opera to pursue a role in the NBC drama, "This is Us."

The show decided to kill Adam instead, which left a couple of loose ties in "Young and Restless." This left Chelsea alone with their son, but it seems like she has already moved on from Adam and is starting a new relationship with Nick.

There have been indications that Nick and Chelsea may get married and Y&R spoilers from the publication note that this would be a good chance to bring Adam back to Genoa City. Its original actor, Michael Muhney, has reportedly been hinting on his reprisal of the said role.

While this remains nothing but pure speculation, Y&R spoilers from She Knows Soaps reveal that Chelsea will continue to be hurt by the events from the past. According to the outlet, Chelsea will chance upon something that will remind her of a painful memory.

This may have something to do with Adam, which will only fuel speculations about his return to Genoa City. "The Young and the Restless" spoilers from the outlet also tease that Jill will receive some life-changing news after being hospitalized.
