OnePlus 4 Specs & Features: Rumored New Device Could Get A Mid-Year Release
Gloven RamosOnePlus released their current flagship smartphones, the OnePlus 3 and the OnePlus 3T, in 2016. Now, another flagship device is reportedly underway. The new device is dubbed as the OnePlus 4.
OnePlus has not confirmed any rumors and has yet to release any details, but a lot of speculations regarding the new device's possible features have started to spread online.
The rumored OnePlus 4 is expected to come with high-end specs and features, like massive storage, powerful processor and performance, long lasting battery and a high resolution camera and display. According to a Gixbot report, the device will be powered by Android 7.0 Nougat and the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 processor, and like the OnePlus 3, it is believed to have 6GB of RAM.
One thing about the OnePlus 4 that will set it apart from its rivals is its massive internal storage. The new phone is said to come in two variants, 64GB and 128GB, and these variants might support up to 256GB of expandable storage.
Rumors also give high expectations on the OnePlus 4 battery performance. A Trusted Review report cited that this device will be powered by a 4,400mAh battery, the biggest and highest battery life among the current smartphones today. On the other hand, its 12MP to 16MP dual lens camera with augmented reality features is average compared to other latest brands.
The OnePlus 4 might also have 5.3 inch 2K resolution display with a glass body case, according to Tech Radar. The device might be released on June or July this year, with a slightly more expensive price tag than its predecessors at $400.
