Looks like "Pokemon Sun And Moon" players are in for a treat. Those who participated in the previously held Global Mission in the games are now eligible to redeem the gift the game publisher guaranteed after the in-event game. In addition, The Pokemon Company has announced a special Easter Egg event that is slated to commence next month.

"Pokemon Sun And Moon" players who took part in the third Global Mission and worked out deals involving five or more Pokemon during the in-game event will have an opportunity to collect the gift they earned for their aforesaid trade activity. The said gift includes a Friend Ball that can be used in the games and five Rare Candy, which can be used to boost the level of a Pokemon by 1. A Friend Ball, on the other hand, can be used to increase the happiness level of the captured Pokemon to 200, according to Serebii.

The third Global Mission for "Pokemon Sun And Moon" was launched last month. The mission required trainers to trade one million Pokemon at the Global Trade Station by Feb. 13. As a reward for overcoming the steep challenge, The Pokemon Company declared all players will receive 2,000 Festival Coins.

Trainers using Pokemon Global Link were promised 4,000 Festival Coins provided the mission turns out to be a success. But that's not all; in the case that the total number of trades reach 2 million, Pokemon Global Link players were promised a Friend Ball, VG24/7 reported.

Although the first two Global Missions didn't actually sweep trainers off their feet, the third one garnered a considerable level of success that even surpassed the game publisher's expectations. Much to The Pokemon Company's delight, players traded a staggering 4,107,702 Pokemon within the duration of the mission. The next Global Mission kicks off later this month. It will start on Tuesday, Feb. 28 and this time trainers will be required to earn Battle Points at the Battle Tree on Poni Island, according to NintendoInsider.

In other news, the Japanese Pokemon Company has announced an upcoming special Easter Egg event for players based in Japan. The event is slated to commence on March 18 and is expected to run through April 9. Participating players will be eligible to get Eggs that comprise either Turtonator, Oranguru, Passimian, Drampa, Mareanie or Goomy. There's no word yet regarding whether or not this event will take place worldwide.
