A crossover of huge titles "Gravity Rush 2" and "Nier: Automata" confirmed to happen in the near future has enthralled avid fans of both franchises. Sony Interactive Entertainment has confirmed this collaboration in a live stream held in celebration of the launching of sequel to 2013 title, "Nier".

This crossover between "Gravity Rush 2" and "Nier: Automata" will enable gamers to see Kat in 2B costume via a DLC, Game Jouhou revealed. This said collaboration was agreed right away between the developers and took place during the "PlayStation Matsuri" event in Japan.

It happened during their talks where the development team of "Gravity Rush" 2 expressed how the costumes of "Nier: Automata" have been so much admired by their fans and wished to have 2B's outfit in the game.

Without hesitation, producer Yosuke Saito and director Yoko Taro then responded positively with the idea. However, since it's a spur of the moment thing, no solid release date is set in stone as to exactly when is this happening. It would take some time for fans to see some visuals for this DLC but they can also hope to see a two-way crossover between two games, where 2B will also be seen in Kat's costume in "Nier: Automata".

Fans on the other hand can't contain their excitement as this delightful news broke on the internet less than a day ago. One gamer commented saying, "You just can't stop 2B! I already liked most of Kat's costumes, but putting her in a 2B costume? My heart can't take that much beauty! XD."

Meanwhile, watch the new gameplay footages released for "Nier: Automata" below, which shows a boss fight. It is now out in Japan and is set to sail in North America on March 7, then March 10 in Europe for PlayStation 4. "Gravity Rush 2" was launched on Sony's current gen console on January 18.
