"Outlander" Season 3 spoilers hint that Jamie (Sam Heughan) and Claire (Caitriona Balfe) will make up for the 20 years they spent apart with a lot of intimate scenes. Speaking with Vulture, Caitriona Balfe teased that this much time away from each other nor their old age will not affect Jamie and Claire's passion for each other.
"In terms of the sex, I think old people have good sex too, last I heard," she said.
Balfe admitted that it was "interesting" portraying an older Claire and even more challenging to see how Claire and Jamie will adjust to the fact that they have been apart from each other for 20 years. "Outlander" Season 3 spoilers from the actress reveal that viewers will see how such length of time can change a person.
The official synopsis for "Outlander" Season 3 also reveal that the Starz drama will provide viewers with the missing gaps in-between those 20 years they spent apart, reports Den of Geek. This means that viewers will see Claire's life with Frank (Tobias Menzies), who acted as Brianna's father.
"Outlander" Season 3 will be based on Diana Gabaldon's third book, "Voyager." Latest updates for the Starz time traveling series reveal that the cast and crew are set to film the voyage scenes in South Africa.
"Outlander" Season 3 premiere will also take a longer time than usual. The publication reports that the Starz drama's new season will be released in September 2017.
