Intel Kaby Lake X Latest News: Fresh Leaks Revealed Cutting Edge Specs That Beats The AMD Ryzen Series

Intel allegedly will release models preview of its latest Kaby Lake X architecture as its response to AMD's recently unveiled Ryzen models. A recent Intel Kaby Lake X leak revealed that the latest products will be the first-ever chips made available for the X299 chipset for motherboard platforms of the company.

Fans can anticipate the release of these new set of chips in the market soon. However, details about this cutting edge technology designed by Intel have been very elusive. One website managed to disclose the specifications of the latest Kaby Lake X line.

According to SiSoftware, the Kaby Lake X chips can be found on ASRock X299 Professional Gaming i7 motherboards. This will enable the chips to use the X299 chipset putting it head on against the AMD Ryzen chips. Aside from those, the chip's clock speeds reach 4GHz base. This is higher than the recent result achieved by the Ryzen 5 1600, which has a base clock speed of 3.19GHz.

Videocardz revealed another set of information about the latest Intel chips. As reported, the latest Skylake X and Kaby Lake X CPU series may be released in the later part of 2017. There are also several speculations that the might unveil their latest product to the public during the Gamescon 2017. The event will take place in Germany between August 22 and August 26.

Among the products highly anticipated to be launched include Kaby Lake X with variants' 4-core, 6-core, 8-core, and 10-core. The 6,8, and 10-core variants allegedly will be founded on the ultra-powerful Skylake architecture. The 4-core model, on the other hand, will be based on the popular Kaby Lake architecture. This variant, according to Wccftech, is based on the next generation 14nm + process node. As a result, this enhanced Intel's existing 14nm FinFET technology. All these chips variant are expected to be in the Core i7-7000 series of Intel processors.
