Trainers, it is time to board a thrilling journey into the planet of "Pokémon GO" as Niantic revealed the raid letter for March 2024. For the whole month, 5-Star raids feature rare legendary Pokémons, a Mega Raid, and a couple of surprises that arouse people's interest in waiting in the wings.

Legendary Encounters in 5-Star Raids

Tapu Koko takes the front row, the Electric/Fairy-type Tapu Koko, of its 5-Star Raid from March 1 to 14. Are you guys all ready for the special event? Because we will have all of you vis-hunters enjoying the presence of the beautiful, shiny Tapu Koko. Importantly, take part in the Raid Hours from March 6 to March 13, each Wednesday from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM local time, for a high probability of catching this legendary type.

Another Ice-type, Regice from the group of legends, follows Regirock from March 14 to 21, and trainers get to add a Shiny Regice to the last member of Gen 3's legendary Pokemon trio. Do not forget the Raid Hour from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM local time on March 20.

Over the month, we welcome the beginning of spring with a visitor that will capture the hearts of Fairy/Psychic trainers during 5-Star Raids from March 21 to April 4. Like Tapu Koko, an encounter with the Shiny form of the Pokemon is tied to these Locs, and the monthly Raid Hours on March 27 and April 3 will also increase your odds.

Mega Pokémon Showdown

Mega Raids promises an adrenaline-packed experience throughout March, featuring iconic Pokémon in their Mega forms. Mega Sceptile takes the stage from March 1 to 14, followed by the mighty Mega Tyranitar from March 14 to 21. Concluding the Mega Raid lineup is the flourishing Mega Venusaur, available from March 21 to April 4. Trainers, prepare your teams and raid passes for these captivating Mega Pokémon.

Additionally, the dynamic duo of Primal Kyogre and Primal Groudon will headline special Raid Days on March 17 and March 23, respectively. Mark these dates for a chance to challenge and catch these powerful Primal Pokémon.

Shadow Raids and Special Events

Shadow Raikou makes its presence known in Shadow Raids, appearing on weekends throughout March 2024. The excitement continues with a Raid Day featuring Primal Kyogre on March 17 and another Raid Day showcasing Primal Groudon on March 23.

As an extra treat, Shadow Mewtwo will make a limited-time appearance in Shadow Raids from March 30 to March 31, offering trainers the chance to encounter and catch this elusive Shadow Pokémon.

Raid Hour Excitement

Raid Hours add an extra layer of thrill to the "Pokémon GO" experience. Throughout March, specific Raid Hours featuring Tapu Koko, Regice, and Tapu Lele will provide trainers with increased opportunities to battle and catch these legendary Pokémon. Shiny variants and unique move sets await those participating in these special Raid Hours.

This March 2024 promises to be a month of events in the "Pokémon GO" world with both Raids encounters and possible Shinys to go along with it, and there will also be exclusive Raid Hours.
