An alleged price list pictured by a German Web site Mobile Geeks gives the cost and details of all iPad Mini models. The picture is supposedly of an internal inventory system of German retailer Media Markt.

If the price list posted by Mobile Geeks is genuine then the highly-awaited iPad Mini will make its way to shelves in 16 flavors. The leaks indicate that the tablet will be available in 8GB, 16GB, 32GB and 64GB versions. Each version will be available in black or white colors, as well as a choice of cellular or just Wi-Fi connectivity option.

The 8GB Wi-Fi-only version will likely sport a price tag of cost €249 ($322 approximately) and the 64GB cellular version will cost €649 ($840 approximately).

Previous speculations indicated that the iPad Mini will be launched on Oct. 17 and press invites will be sent on Oct. 10. Now, rumors indicate that Apple will launch the iPad Mini on Oct. 23, just a few days before Microsoft launches its Windows 8 operating system along with its Surface range of tablets.

"It has been suggested the launch event will take place at Apple's Town Hall Auditorium, where it has débuted a number of products there in the past - OS X Lion, a next-generation MacBook Air and the iPhone 4S," reported the Daily Mail.

Rumors of iPad Mini indicate that the tablet will feature an A5 processor and have 512MB of RAM. The device is expected to sport a 7.85-inch display with 2048 x 1536 pixels resolution and a density of 326 pixels per inch (ppi). The latest Apple offering is expected to be thinner. Moreover, just like the iPhone 5's smaller dock port, the iPad Mini will also feature an 8-pin Lightning connector.

The purported specifications and prices of the iPad Mini are attractive enough to steal the thunder from other rival tablets. Time will tell if the latest iPad will be received as highly like its predecessors.
