Recently, U.S. carrier Sprint announced its buy-one-get-one (BOGO) offer for a slew of Samsung Galaxy devices, including the Galaxy S3 smartphone. Now, close on its heels is another BOGO offer courtesy RadioShack, which was made available from Sunday, Dec. 9.
RadioShack is set to kick off its BOGO deal for a gamut of smartphones, but unlike the Sprint offer where consumers would end up with the same free device for all offers, RadioShack customers may get a different or the same phone (depending on the carrier and deal they opt for).
"Starting that day (Sunday), you'll be able to get a free second phone (among other goodies) when you buy a Galaxy S3 for $99.99 (with contract, natch) from any of three major carriers," reported CNET.
The carrier-wise list of BOGO offers from RadioShack is as follows:
Verizon
Purchase a Galaxy S3 and get a Galaxy Stratosphere 2 4G LTE for free.
Buy a Motorola DROID RAZR 4G LTE and get another DROID RAZR 4G LTE free.
AT&T
Buy a Galaxy S3 and get a Galaxy S3 Skyrocket for free.
Sprint
Pick up a Galaxy S3 and get a Galaxy S2 free.
All the offers are valid for a new two-year contract with any of the three carriers. The BOGO offer is available for both upgrading subscribers and new customers.
What's more, when buyers purchase a Galaxy S3 in-store or through RadioShack online they will get a Google Play credit worth $50. This credit, however, is valid for all three carriers for an in-store purchase but only Verizon and Sprint Galaxy S3 deals online.
Additionally, consumers also get a $10 cash-back coupon for every $50 spent at RadioShack (online or in-store). However, this offer is for a limited period.
If you've had your sights set on the Samsung Galaxy S3 or any of the other handsets, grab the deal quickly. What's more, you can spread some holiday cheer by giving the free handset to a loved one.
