Samsung Display is reportedly going to start mass production of the 4.99-inch full HD Super AMOLED display this month. The display is going to enter market with Samsung's next smartphone Galaxy S4.
According to a Korean news Web site, DDaily, Samsung Mobile has asked Samsung Display to deliver the displays by early March.
Though the news Web site doesn't go deeper in to the matter, people who have been keeping an eye on the developments in Samsung's corridors are now of the opinion that the release of Galaxy S4 is not too far.
Samsung displayed its much talked about full HD display at last month's International CES held in Las Vegas.
The recent report has sparked another debated about the much awaited Samsung device's release date.
SamMobile, recently reported that the unboxing event of the Galaxy S4 may take place on March 15, and it will reach the hands of its fans by early April.
If once goes by the increase in rumors related to Samsung Galaxy S4 in recent days, it can be assumed that the release of Galaxy S4 is around the corner.
The report brings one thing for sure that Samsung, in any case, is not going to talk about Galaxy S4 at the upcoming Mobile World Congress (MWC).
Samsung has one of the biggest hall at the MWC which is going to take place from Feb. 25-28 in Barcelona, Spain.
Recent rumors about the Galaxy S4 have talked about so many things from its operating system to processor.
A report from Android Community recently showed a leaked render of Galaxy S4 that suggested that the device will not run on Android 5.0 Key Lime Pie instead the operating system will be Android 4.2 Jelly Bean.
The processor powering Galaxy S4 is also not official yet, but there are two processor doing rounds in rumors. Earlier rumors had suggested that the next device under Galaxy series will be powered by Exynos 5 Octa that Samsung release at this year's CES. However, the render shows that the phone will be powered by Exynos 5450 quad-core processor.
