The Samsung Galaxy S Advance comes with a 4-inch screen with 480x800 display. The smartphone was released running Android 2.3.6 Gingerbread in early last year and later it was upgraded to Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich.

The device is powered by a dual-core processor clocked at 1 GHz with the processor supported by 768 MB of RAM.

The Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean could be the last or the second to last update for the device, as rumors suggest that Android 5.0 Key Lime Pie will not be supporting the devices running on dual-core processors.

Some rumors suggest that the Google I/O of this year will be the release event for Android 5.0 Key Lime Pie; however, other reports suggest that Google will release Android 4.3 Jelly Bean at the Google I/O instead of Key Lime Pie.
