After the launch of the Samsung Galaxy S4 smartphone, the Korean technology giant has been in news for its two upcoming devices - Galaxy S4 Active and Galaxy S4 Zoom.
According to SamMobile, the specifications of the Galaxy S4 Active and the Galaxy S4 Zoom have been leaked by a Russian technology website Hi-Tech.
As the website is not an authentic source of information, we will be treating every bit of it as rumor and you are also suggested to take it with a pinch of salt.
The new rumored specifications of the Galaxy S4 Active make the rugged version of the Galaxy S4 smartphone a little different from the 'Next Big Thing.'
The Galaxy S4 Active is going to be water- and dust-proof. The camera of the device is the only thing that will separate it from the Samsung Galaxy S4 as it will come with an 8-megapixel rear-facing camera (Galaxy S4 has 13-megapixel camera). The smartphone will have a 2.1-megapixel front-facing camera just like the Galaxy S4.
The processor of the Active will be same as the U.S. version of the Samsung Galaxy S4. The Active will be powered by Qualcomm's quad-core Snapdragon 600 processor clocked at 1.9 GHz supported by a 2GB of RAM. The phone will feature a 5-inch Full HD 1080 pixel Super AMOLED display and 16GB of internal storage with a MicroSD slot supported a card up to 64GB.
As for the Galaxy S4 Zoom, the latest rumor claims that the camera is going to be the smartphone's biggest strength as it will come with a 16 megapixel sensor with 10x zoom. The phone will have 1.9 pixel front-facing camera.
The 4.3-inch device will have a qHD 960x540 pixel Super AMOLED display and will be powered by a dual-Core processor clocked at 1.6GHz.
Both the phones are expected to run Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean operating system out of the box.
