Here's a shocker - the Samsung Galaxy Note 3, per rumors, is expected to feature a 5.9 inch screen, but a new report now suggests that the successor of the Galaxy Note 2 will be little smaller than expected.
According to famous leakster @evleaks, the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 is going to come with a 5.7 inch screen instead of a 5.9 inch display.
"Samsung Galaxy Note 3 tipped as having a 5.7-inch screen," @evleaks tweeted.
Apart from the screen size, the Galaxy Note 3 is rumored to be coming with a full HD 1920x1080 resolution Super AMOLED display. The smartphone is expected to be powered by the eight-core Exynos 5 Octa or Qualcomm's Snapdragon 800 processor. Samsung may launch the device in two versions just like it did with Galaxy S4.
The phone's functions will be supported by a hefty 3 GB of RAM, and users will be able to store a lot in the device, as it is said to have 32 GB of internal memory, as well as a microSD card slot.
Rumors also suggest that the phablet will sport a 13-megapixel rear-facing camera, as well as a 2.1-megapixel front-facing camera for video chat.
Meanwhile, a report from SamMobile suggests that the Korean technology giant is going to begin the production of the Galaxy Note 3 smartphone by August this year.
The Galaxy Note 3 is expected to be released during this year's IFA Berlin in September, and to meet the expected demand of the smartphone, Samsung has reportedly cut down the production of the Galaxy S4 smartphone and reduced the component inventory by about 15 percent.
The successor of the Galaxy Note 2 is expected to reach the global market by this year end. The phablet is rumored to be running Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean out of the box, but at the same time some other rumors suggest that the device will feature a brand new Android 4.3 Jelly Bean firmware running on it.
