LG fans waiting to purchase the company's latest flagship, the LG G2, can now get the smartphone online from both AT&T and T-Mobile.
The new LG G2 joins AT&T's network right on time, on par with the carrier's previous announcements. T-Mobile, meanwhile, has announced a later launch date for the smartphone, but it managed to speed things up and the LG G2 is now present in its lineup as well.
With T-Mobile's Simple Choice Plans, interested customers can purchase the much-hyped LG G2 for a $99 down payment, followed by 24 equal monthly payments of $21. Those who prefer to go all in and purchase the device outright, with no subsequent monthly payments, will have to shell out $603.99 for the smartphone. To sweeten the deal, T-Mobile is also offering a Quick Window case with every purchase. The accessory normally costs $49.99. Interested smartphone shoppers can find the LG G2 on T-Mobile at this link.
AT&T, meanwhile, is offering the LG G2 for $199.99 with the standard two-year agreement, or for $449.99 with a one-year contract. Purchasing the LG G2 outright, contract-free from AT&T will set you back $574.99. The full price of the device on AT&T is lower than what T-Mobile is charging, but AT&T doesn't offer any free accessories with the purchase. For more details or to order the LG G2 from AT&T, head over to the carrier's website here.
The new LG G2 sports a 5.2-inch Full HD (1080p) IPS LCD display, packs the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 quad-core processor clocked at 2.2GHz, Adreno 330 graphics and 2GB of RAM. Other specs of the handset include 32GB of internal storage capacity, a 13-megapixel rear camera with optical image stabilization (OIS), a 2.4-megapixel front shooter, and a 3,000 mAh battery.
The smartphone comes running on Android 4.2 Jelly Bean, but may get an update to the latest Android 4.3 in the future. The LG G2 also received high praise for its "Rear Key Concept," moving the side buttons (volume rocker, power button) on the rear of the device for a better grip and more convenience.
