The latest "Prison Break" season 5 spoilers have hinted that the series would be not as exciting as the previous seasons since Michael Scofield, played by Wentworth Miller, is expected to have less challenges.

According to some rumors, Robert Knepper, who portrays the role of hardcore villain Theodore "T-Bag" Bagwell, will only show up in one episode. However, the official Twitter account of the Fox TV series writers denied this, Fashion & Style reported.

"This rumor comes from IMDB, which isn't usually updated fully until episodes air," Prison Break Writers tweeted. "T-Bag is in several episodes."

It can be noted that T-Bag has been the major villain that constantly brings hardship into the life of Scofield. Without him in "Prison Break" season 5, therefore, some fans might think that the show's plot will not be as interesting as it can be.

Meanwhile, Dominic Purcell, who plays Scofield's brother Lincoln Burrows, assured fans that he will be in the entire nine episodes of the upcoming show, all written by Paul Scheuring, despite accident that happened to him on the set last month.

"No. I'm in everything," he pointed out when interviewed by the Deadline.

When it comes to other "Prison Break" season 5 spoilers, the actor had this to say, "It's tying into what's going on in the world today with terrorism."

"The show is taking place in Yemen; we're dealing with ISIS and ISA, and obviously we left off with Michael presumably dead," he added. "He wasn't, he ended up working for this organization."

To further rouse the excitement of their followers, Purcell also revealed that "a riveting, high-tension" show will surely be produced after their shooting days wrap up.

More information and spoilers on "Prison Break" season 5 are expected to be dished during the San Diego Comic Con on July 27, Vine Report shared.
