Three New Xbox One Backward Compatible Games Announced, More Games Expected On Feb. 7

The Xbox backward compatible games released for the first two months of 2017 has already reached 20, this is despite the fact that the month of February has just started. In January alone, the video game company has already released 17 new games to be included in the Xbox backward compatibility project.

Xbox has been ramping up its Xbox One backward compatibility project and the video game company seem to have no plans to slow down. In January alone, the video game company has already released 17 video games for the Xbox One.

Included in the January release are hit Xbox 360 games such as "Battlefield 3", "Dragon Age Origins" and "Ghostbusters". For the opening week of February, Xbox has already announced three additional 360 games to be included in the Xbox One backward compatible games list.

Stuntman: Ignition

The action adventure racing game, "Stuntman", was first released for the PlayStation 2 in 2002 and Gameboy Advance in 2003. Its sequel, "Stuntman: Ignition", was first released in mobile platform on August 1, 2007 and the Xbox 360 version immediately followed suit within the same month.

Mad Tracks

The single-playing racing game came to Xbox Live Arcade on May 30, 2007. The game was developed by Load Inc and is also made available for the Windows PC.

JUJU

Gamespot in its review of the game pointed out its similarity with "Super Mario Bros." "Juju" is a two-dimensional platforming game that features four vibrant worlds. The gameplay of "Juju" is quite similar to "Super Mario Bros". In the game, a player has to bash enemies, collect trinkets and open secret levels while riding on a dinosaur.

According to reports, Microsoft will be releasing a number of new Xbox One backward compatible games this coming February 7. The new games are expected to be announced on twitter by Microsoft's Larry "Major Nelson" Hryb.
