Verizon HTC One M8 now just $29.99 on-contract from Best Buy
Alexandra BurlacuBest Buy is running a huge sale on the Verizon HTC One M8, selling the smartphone for just $29.99 with a two-year contract.
The HTC One M8 is definitely one of the best devices of this year, boasting powerful specifications all around, a neat design and a premium build. The smartphone has been widely popular ever since its launch, and interested customers who have so far held off on the purchase due to pricing considerations now have a very attractive offer from Best Buy.
The retailer is now selling the gold, silver, and gray versions of the HTC One M8 for just $29.99 when agreeing to sign a two-year service agreement with Verizon Wireless. This marks a huge discount over the regular $199.99 price of the smartphone on contract.
As a reminder, the HTC One M8 flagship smartphone sports a 5-inch display with a full HD resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels and packs a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 processor under the hood, clocked at 2.3GHz and paired with 2GB of RAM for a fast and fluid performance.
Other specs of the HTC One M8 include 16GB or 32GB of internal storage capacity, microSD support for additional memory of up to 128GB, a Duo Camera UltraPixel setup on its back, and a 5-megapixel front shooter. A 2,600 mAh battery keeps things up and running. It's worth pointing out, however, that Best Buy is running this promotion for the 32GB LTE version of the HTC One M8 on Verizon Wireless.
Those who would rather not commit to a two-year contract with Verizon Wireless, meanwhile, can also purchase the HTC One M8 on a monthly installment basis for $25.00 per month with Verizon Edge, or get the smartphone off-contract for $749.99 outright.
Best Buy lists the smartphone as ready to leave the warehouse in one or two business days, and this offer is also good for in-store pickup. The retailer doesn't mention when this deal will expire, but interested buyers might want to take advantage of it while it lasts.
