Microsoft Surface Pro 3 sale: Up to $150 off from Microsoft Store

The Microsoft Surface Pro 3 tablet is currently on sale on the company's online store in the U.S., allowing for savings of up to $150.

The Surface Pro 3 is the latest tablet in the company's Surface lineup, boasting the most advanced specs and features of the whole series. Microsoft advertised it as a hybrid tablet that can successfully replace your laptop, as its Type Cover can deliver a full experience.

The company is now running a special deal in the U.S., offering the high-end Surface Pro 3 at discounted prices of up to $150 off. The 64GB model with an Intel Core i3 processor has the same $799 price, but all other variants get neat price cuts. The 128GB Surface Pro 3 with a 1.9GHz Intel Core i5 processor now costs $899, marking a $100 discount over the regular price, the 256GB model with a 1.9GHz Intel Core i5 processor costs $1,149, i.e. a $150 discount, the 256GB model with a 1.7GHz Intel Core i7 chip is now $1,399, also marking a $150 discount, and the highest-end 512GB variant with a 1.7GHz Intel Core i7 processor now costs $1,799, again $150 off.

Moreover, Microsoft is also throwing in a free protective case along with the purchase of the Surface Pro 3, to further sweeten the deal in case the price cut is not attractive enough.

As a reminder, the Microsoft Surface Pro 3 sports a 12-inch display with a resolution of 2160 x 1440 pixels, a choice of processing options as listed above, 4GB or 8GB of RAM, and a battery life of up to eight hours on a single charge, among the highlights. The tablet has gained positive reviews since its launch and has proved to be quite popular, although it's not exactly the most affordable slate out there.

Microsoft doesn't mention just when this promotional Surface Pro 3 sale will end, but it's likely a limited-time deal set to expire soon. For more details about the tablet or to purchase it at up to $150 off, head over to the Microsoft Store at this link. Considering that it's likely a limited-time offer, interested customers might want to take advantage of it while it lasts.
