iPhone 7 May Get A Slightly larger Battery -- Source
Staff ReporterA source from China last weekend alleged that iPhone 7 will get slightly bigger battery than iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus, with posting two iPhone 7's battery images.
The leaked images posted on micro-blogging Sina Weibo show that iPhone 7 will adopt an upgraded battery, increased 0.43Wh from iPhone 6s's 6.61Wh, which means the upcoming iPhone 7 may have longer usage time.
The poster said specific mAh number is unclear, but their source revealed the iPhone 7 battery will have a capacity of 1735mAh, and the iPhone 7 Plus battery capacity is 2810mAh.
The iPhone 6s battery capacity is 1715mAh, while the iPhone 6s Plus has a capacity of 2750mAh. However, we still do know if the next-generation iPhone will provide longer battery life, since battery life depends not only on capacity, but chips and other facts. CultofMac's BUSTER HEIN said, "Apple will most likely aim to keep battery life to around 10 hours of internet use on the iPhone 7 and 12 hours on the iPhone 7 Plus."
Rumors suggested the iPhone 7 will carry dual lens camera, faster processor A10, 4.7-inch LCD display, 2GB/3GB RAM, waterproofing design, a new home button, tweaked casing with fewer antenna lines.
Mobile&Apps also reported iPhone 7/7 Plus will use largely the same design as iPhone 6s and 6s Plus.
iPhone 7 and 7 Plus will not be unveiled until this fall.
