Good news awaits Apple Macbook users, as according to rumors, the company might reveal the Macbook Pro in Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC), this June.
Apple's senior VP of Worldwide Marketing, Philip Schiller, during the Apple Press Info mentioned that the next MacBook Pro will feature a new design and be lighter than its predecessors, according to reports from The Christian Times.
"MacBook is the thinnest and lightest Mac we have ever made and it's our vision for the future of the notebook," Schiller said. "Customers are going to love this update to MacBook, with the latest processors, faster graphics, faster flash storage, longer battery life and a beautiful rose gold finish."
Additionally, Apple will be offering a discount of $225 for all the users who can provide with a MacBook Pro 13 - inch model.
The specifications of the new MacBook are yet to be revealed by Apple, but it has not stopped the fans from speculating about its make. Skylake processor from Intel, which is being considered a major update from the Broadwell and Haswell processors, will reportedly power the new MacBook.
The new model will come in two specific sizes of 13 inches and 15 inches, contain retina display and come with a better graphics from either Nvidia or AMD. Additionally, it will also contain USB - C ports for data transfer, charging, and video output. Since, there's no vent or moving parts, thus the new MackBook will come with built - in 802, Bluetooth 4.0 and Wi - Fi for fast and seamless wireless connectivity.
According to Apple, it will be compatible with all the previously released features of Apple including Apple TV, AirPlay and AirDrop facility.
Apple is yet to provide a full list of specification and a release date, but the fans are anticipating that they will be revealed soon, especially before the WWDC.
